A Journey Back to Our Roots

When Quynh Pham and Pornnida “Dadar” Poolaor moved to the United States, they brought with them dreams of opportunity and a deep appreciation for the food that shaped their childhoods. As they settled into their new lives, they realized something was missing—the authentic flavors, aromas, and traditions that connected them to home. Determined to reconnect with those memories, they began recreating the dishes they grew up enjoying. What started as a personal search for familiar flavors soon became a larger mission to preserve and celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Southeast Asia. Through dedication, creativity, and respect for tradition, Yumfinity was born.

A Passion Born in the Family Kitchen

Quynh Pham's culinary journey began at just nine years old, preparing meals for a family of ten. While most children spent their days playing, Quynh learned responsibility, discipline, and the importance of bringing people together through food. Over time, cooking evolved from a daily responsibility into a lifelong passion. After moving to the United States, Quynh continued to nurture her love for food while building a successful career in restaurant operations. Over the past decade, she gained extensive leadership experience managing teams, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards within major restaurant organizations. Today, Quynh combines her childhood passion, authentic Vietnamese heritage, and years of operational expertise to ensure every Yumfinity location delivers memorable experiences and authentic flavors with consistency and care.

Driven by Curiosity, Built Through Determination

Originally from Thailand, Dadar arrived in the United States with little restaurant experience but a lifelong appreciation for exceptional food. Inspired by her family's culinary traditions and her aunt's legendary Pad Thai recipe, she developed a passion for learning every aspect of the restaurant business. Starting from entry-level positions, Dadar worked tirelessly to master operations, customer service, and leadership. Her commitment and dedication led her to become a General Manager and earn multiple General Manager of the Year awards for outstanding performance. Throughout her career, Dadar remained focused on a single dream—to create a restaurant concept that celebrated authentic flavors while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Today, that dream lives on through Yumfinity, where her creativity, leadership, and love for hospitality continue to shape the brand's success.
